Vena Group Completes Sale of Vena Energy India to Inox Clean Energy
Singapore, 21 August 2026: Vena Group today announced that it has completed the sale of its equity interest in Vena Energy India Holdings Pte Ltd (“Vena Energy India”), its India renewable energy platform, to Inox Neo Energies Limited (“Inox Neo”), a subsidiary of Inox Clean Energy Limited (“Inox Clean Energy”). The transaction was completed following the satisfaction of customary closing conditions.
