We maintain a dedicated team of in-house experts specializing in solar and wind energy and storage and have centralized our technical knowledge and intellectual property in the areas of resource assessment, system design, equipment procurement, construction management, and maintenance services.
These internal capabilities enable Vena to execute projects to high technical and performance standards, while effectively managing development and construction-related costs and risks. As of year-end 2024, Vena had 3.6 GW of renewable and storage projects under operations and 5.1 GW under construction or contracted. Engineering, Procurement and Construction Management
Our in-house licensed EPC experts provide comprehensive design, procurement, and construction services, and are capable of undertaking works in select jurisdictions. We utilize our industry knowledge and scale to optimize procurement and construction costs and are one of the largest customers for tier-1 solar and wind equipment suppliers, international and domestic construction contractors, and local civil contractors across the Asia-Pacific region.
Operations and Maintenance
We provide industry-standard operations and maintenance (O&M) services, reporting, monitoring, and in-country and cross-regional data analysis. Our O&M services leverage our geographical and sector expertise across the region to maximize operational performance, reduce downtime and mitigate risk.
We track the operational performance of our assets from a regional monitoring facility in Bangalore, and local monitoring facilities that provide immediate information regarding plant performance. By operating and managing our own assets we are able to respond to issues quickly to minimize loss of revenue, effectively manage our spare parts inventories, and identify operating efficiencies that can be implemented across the region.
