Sustainability Committee

Our Sustainability Committee is responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, measuring, reporting, and improving Vena Group’s sustainability-related initiatives, which include climate risk assessment and the formulation of related strategies. The Sustainability Committee also oversees the company’s environmental and social risk management system, CSR initiatives, and implementation of Vena Group’s Green Financing Framework.

Investment Committee

Oversees investment, divestment, and development activities, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy and effective investment policies.

Audit and Risk Committee

Provides independent oversight and monitoring of Vena Group’s audit, compliance, risk management, and internal controls functions.

Remuneration Committee

Develops and reviews remuneration framework and compensation packages to ensure they remain competitive, performance-driven, and aligned with the company’s long-term strategic objectives.

Executive Management

Drives strategy execution and operational excellence by aligning business operations with our mission and strategic vision to achieve sustainable growth.

Governance Policies and Code of Conduct

Our Code of Conduct sets out the company’s expectations for ethical behavior across all levels of the organization, serving as a foundational guide for both employees and third parties who act on behalf of Vena Group, translating our ethical principles into clear standards of behavior.
