Anil Nangia is the Global Head, New Technology, at Vena Energy, the renewable energy business arm of Vena Group, and he is responsible for the business development of battery and hydrogen energy storage solutions.
Anil possesses over three decades of expertise in power development encompassing utility scale solar, wind, gas, energy storage, and bioenergy. In his prior role, he effectively expanded Vena Energy’s Australian operations spanning Solar, Battery, and Hybrid renewable generation facilities. Presently, Anil is dedicated to advancing the Energy Storage and Hydrogen sectors across the Vena Energy spectrum.
Preceding his tenure at Vena Energy, he held positions at Ratchaburi Australia, Transfield Services, Origin Energy, Ergon Energy, and Queensland Gas. His wide-ranging experience extends to project financing, stakeholder management, corporate strategies, procurement, and risk mitigation in project-related ventures.
Anil holds a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Melbourne University and an MBA from the University of Queensland.
