In collaboration with Mataram University, through the Jeger Buana Lombok (JBL) program, we aim to create sustainable economic and social value for the local community, by developing and improving the production capacity of a cassava cracker business based in Vena Energy’s PLTS Site Area.
The Small-Medium Enterprise Corporate Social Responsibility Award (SME CSR Awards Asia 2024) for the Women Development SMEs Group category in Indonesia was awarded to Vena Energy for our dedication and efforts towards sustainability and women’s empowerment at JBL Womens Group (SME), as we demonstrate how access to economic opportunities can transform women’s lives and bring them into broader economic development.
Now, the JBL program is not only about cassava crackers but also a symbol of women’s empowerment and creativity in developing sustainable micro-enterprises.
