Double Victory at The Asset Triple A Sustainable Infrastructure Awards 2025

Vena Group’s renewable energy arm, Vena Energy, has been recognized with two prestigious awards at The Asset Triple A Sustainable Infrastructure Awards 2025, reinforcing our commitment to accelerating the energy transition across the Asia-Pacific region. 

Renewable Energy Deal of the Year – Solar (Philippines) 

Vena Energy was a joint recipient for this award recognizing the PHP 18.23 billion (~USD  325 million) project financing for the development and construction of the 550 MW Bugallon Solar Power Project in the Philippines.  

This joint venture project, one of Philippines’s largest solar developments, will generate approximately 958 GWh of clean energy annually, powering over 810,000 households while reducing greenhouse gas emissions by 640,000 tonnes each year.

Green Project of the Year (Singapore) 

Vena Energy was recognized for our innovative 87-billion-yen (~USD 605 million) sustainability-linked revolving credit facility. This five-year corporate facility links credit margins to our performance across environmental impact, workplace diversity and health and safety metrics, demonstrating our commitment to holistic sustainability.
