In collaboration with the Tourism and Hospitality Skill Council (THSC), our team in India empowered 50 youths with specialised training in the Hospitality sector through a skill development programme.
This initiative provided comprehensive hospitality training, blending theoretical and practical sessions with industry-relevant skills such as customer service, food handling, beverage preparation, and overall hospitality management. To ensure participants were well-prepared for employment, mock interviews and basic computer training were also included.
The aim of the programme was to not only equip individuals with employable skills but also create stable work opportunities. Through collaborative efforts and a dedicated approach, all 50 participants have successfully secured positions across Hyderabad. These roles offer competitive wages with comprehensive benefits including food, accommodation, and health insurance, ensuring holistic support.
This skill development initiative highlights our commitment to community empowerment and sustainability. By promoting quality education and providing decent work opportunities, we contribute to achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and positively influence the lives of these young individuals.
