I was honored to be a finalist for this year’s NAIDOC Award for advocating for Aboriginal people in construction, and was thrilled to celebrate this recognition with the team. From diverse teams to team-building initiatives, we strive to maintain an open and friendly culture where everyone can thrive.

 

I am actively contributing towards a greener future by…

Supporting the delivery of our Construction Ready Program, which provides opportunities for the local community to upskill and learn new systems. Seeing their growth and achievements at Tailem Bend showed me the real impact we can have as a company and a community. To date, the program has empowered 18 locals, making a rewarding contribution to the wider community.
