Anna Ho is the Chief Human Resources Officer at Vena Group, where she leads the Group’s people strategy across its renewable energy and digital infrastructure businesses. As a member of the Group’s Sustainability Committee, Anna actively contributes to aligning human capital initiatives with broader environmental and social goals, underscoring her commitment to responsible leadership and long-term impact.

Since joining in October 2018, Anna has played a pivotal role in shaping its culture and talent strategy, guiding the company through rapid growth and transformation. Her leadership has helped unify diverse teams across geographies, fostering a workplace defined by innovation, well-being, and inclusivity at every level. In recognition of her impact, Anna was honored the ‘HR Leader of the Year’ at the HR Excellence Awards 2024 in Singapore, a testament to her success in transforming Vena Group into a Talent Powerhouse.

Prior to joining Vena Group, Anna was the Group Head of Human Resources at a subsidiary of Temasek Holdings. She was also previously the HR Leader for Asia at Mercer Consulting, where she led regional talent strategies and organizational development. Her broad experience across corporate and operational environments has equipped her with a unique perspective on strategic HR leadership. Anna holds a Bachelor of Arts from the National University of Singapore.
