Earlier in April 2022, Vena Energy partnered with the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR), to organize an internal fund-raising campaign for our employees across 9 jurisdictions to donate towards the humanitarian aid for those displaced by the conflict between Russia and Ukraine. Vena Energy also matched its employee donations dollar-for-dollar, bringing the total donation from Vena Energy and our employees to more than US$18,000. The funds raised will go toward supporting displaced Ukrainian families with humanitarian assistance coordinated by UNHCR.
We deeply sympathize with the victims of the conflict between Russia and Ukraine, and we sincerely hope that all parties involved will come to a peaceful resolution soon.
