As part of our commitment to creating positive impact for the communities where we operate, we recently held the third edition of Vena Marche, an initiative that showcases specialty products from communities across Japan. This year, the event featured products from 13 regions across seven prefectures where we develop and operate green energy projects. From Aomori to Kagoshima, Vena Marche brought the stories, craftsmanship, and heritage of local producers to a wider audience.
Celebrating the People and Stories Behind Local Products
More than a marketplace for regional specialties, Vena Marche celebrates the people behind them. From traditional craftsmanship to locally rooted creations, every product reflects the history, culture and character of the communities in which it is made.
By showcasing these products, we aim to celebrate regional strengths, encourage greater appreciation of local cultures and traditions, and contribute to the continued vitality of the communities where we operate.
Connecting Communities Across Our Workplace
The spirit of Vena Marche also extended into our Japan office, where colleagues from over 30 nationalities came together to experience Japan’s regional diversity through local cultures, traditions and products.
The initiative created an opportunity to exchange perspectives, discover the stories behind these regional specialties and strengthen connections across our multicultural workplace.

Vena Marche reflects our commitment to regional revitalisation and creating positive impact in the communities where we operate. As part of this year’s initiative, all proceeds were donated to the Japanese Red Cross Society, extending the impact of Vena Marche beyond the event and supporting communities more broadly.
